Ways To Exercise Both Sides Of Your Brain

Intro: Most people know the concept of “right brain vs. left brain.” In essence, the idea is that each side of your brain handles different aspects of your thought process. The truth is much more complex than that, but conventional wisdom holds that the left side of the brain is where more logical thinking occurs and the right is where creativity and intuition reside. It’s not the most scientific way of looking at things, but it’s true that there’s a distinction between thinking logically and letting your imagination guide you.
